A few things as a small business and FAQ:
• Once your orders have shipped, it is out of our hands for any delays caused by USPS. I can assist with claims if USPS has lost or damaged item.
• All purchases are final unless it is seller error; we do not accept returns as majority of my items are customs.
• Spot clean Teethers & Bows only.
• Teether are natural wood and are to be exposed to water only. Sand if necessary after months of use. All silicone Teethers are Food Grade Silicone & BPA Free.
• Wash shirts/sweatshirts inside out, cold/warm and low temp setting dry.
• ALL drinkware is hand wash ONLY, do not soak or put in dishwasher.
